Big problem, please help!

Ok well i am 15 and there is this one main girl that i fancy, but there are a few problems.
1.she is 2 years younger than me at school.
2.i have never spoken to her in my life.
3.she is quite popular in her year.
4.i am very shy, and i mean very shy at school.


but...on the up side.
1. i am not ugly.
2.i have seen her looking (gazing) at me as i walk along.
3.she has just split up with her boyfriend.
4.i first SAW her at a gig that my dad was doing. and when i saw her there i said to myself " i hope i see her again, she is the most beautifull girl i have ever seen" and i wasnt joking.-however that was in november-now its june.
5. in the lunch queue at school she was making alot of physical contact rubbing against. but i must stress we have NEVER spoken before in our lives only glances and quite often they are only one way either way.

that is basically it, i am just looking for some advice for a very shy nervous boy and i was wandering what people thought of the situation. thanks sooo much.
